Remove Adobe Drive CS4 from context menu / system

START -> Run...
regsvr32 /u "%CommonProgramFiles%\Adobe\Adobe Drive CS4\ADFSMenu.dll"
on 64bit Windows:
START -> Run...
regsvr32 /u "%CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\Adobe\Adobe Drive CS4\ADFSMenu.dll"

Alternatively:

Open Regedit and delete these two entries.
